Welcome to Fuel Vault Baseball (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, training programs, coaching services, or related materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you should not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Use of Services

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If under the age of 18 years old, you must have expressed consent from your parent/guardian.

  • Our Services are intended for baseball players, athletes, and parents/guardians seeking coaching support.

  • You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Health & Training Disclaimer

  • Not Medical Advice: Fuel Vault Baseball provides training, performance, and development programs for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Assumption of Risk: Baseball, strength training, and conditioning involve inherent physical risks. By using our Services, you acknowledge and assume all risks of injury, illness, or other outcomes that may result.

  • Consult a Professional: Always consult with a licensed physician or qualified health professional before beginning any new training or exercise program.

  • Fuel Vault Baseball is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse outcomes that may occur from applying our methods.

3. Coaching & Program Commitments

  • Remote training programs require athlete honesty and commitment to see results. Individual results may vary.

  • Any feedback, video reviews, or mentorship provided are advisory in nature. The athlete remains responsible for how training is applied.

  • Fuel Vault Baseball reserves the right to decline or discontinue Services to any individual who fails to comply with program expectations or acts inappropriately.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to our G.A.S. System, training programs, videos, text, graphics, logos, and materials, are the exclusive property of Fuel Vault Baseball.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, share, resell, or distribute our programs or content without prior written permission.

5. Payments, Refunds, & Subscriptions

  • All program purchases, subscriptions, or coaching fees are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing, subscription models, or offerings at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Fuel Vault Baseball, its coaches, affiliates, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

  • Participation in training, coaching, or workouts is at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

  • Our Services may include links to third-party resources, apps, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in Post Falls, Idaho, rather than in court.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the United States of America, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or any mutually agreed-upon arbitration organization.

The arbitration will be conducted in Post Falls, Idaho in English. The parties agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive forum for resolving any claims, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
